Trustees
Under the Mayfield Farms Subdivision indentures, the Homeowners Association is operated by three trustees. At first, all three of these seats were held by the subdivision developers, The Jones Company, then by Rodney G'Sell. The indentures are structured in such a way that as more lots were sold for residential occupation, the residential homeowners had more trustee seats.
Specifically, at 50% of lots sold the residential owners got one seat, at 95% of lots sold the residential owners got two seats, and at 100% of lots sold the residential owners got all three seats. 2015 marked the election of 3 residential owners as trustees. 2016 marked the election of the next 3 year term trustee.
